This is a new portal, for placing orders with our factories based in China. It replaces the spread sheet system and should make placing and managing your orders easier and more accurate. You will only be able to use this portal if you have a pre-approved account with us.

 

We manufacture our product out of a number of factories. Each factory has a minimum order value (MOV) of $4000 USD. If an order does not meet an individual Factory’s stated MOV it may be subject to a surcharge fee. So for example, If your order is for product that is manufactured out of 3 factories and only 2 factorys’  MOV’s are met, 2 surcharges will be levied to the final order value.

 

To help you avoid this scenario, and manage your orders with us efficiently, this document explains the features of the portal and how best to place an order to avoid surcharges.

 

PRODUCT ORGANISATION

All our popular products are available on the portal. They can be accessed in 2 areas of the portal.

 

1. ‘PRODUCT BY CATEGORY’ 

Browse our product by cycle part category.

Use this menu, to view all our products in their respective category types. Simply click on the link in the menu ‘PRODUCT BY CATEGORY’ and use the filtration check boxes in the left hand margin to show all products available in each category type. [If no check boxes are selected, all products will be visible]

 

2. ‘ORDER BY FACTORY’ 

Order our product by factory of manufacture.

Use the drop down menu to identify the factory where the product that you wish to order is manufactured from. View product manufactured by each factory and order the quantities that you require.

PRODUCT PAGES

In addition to titles, descriptions and price, each product page features the following specific information:

Options - Such as size, colour, rotor configuration etc

Product Details - Specifications and technical information

Barcode - Barcodes for each product by part number

Factory Link - A link to the factory or manufacture

HOW TO BUILD AN ORDER

1. Browse our product through the ‘Product by Category’ area or the portal

2. Click on each product to access the Factory Link. This will help you understand which products are manufactured by each factory

3. Access the Factory drop down menu within the ‘Order by Factory’ area and select the first factory where the product that you wish to order is manufactured.

4. Select the product that you want to add to your order

5. Select the option that you require and the quantity

6. Click Add to Order

7. Repeat for all items required from this same first factory. A running total will appear in your basket which will allow you to build up an order that meets the factory’s MOV.

8. When you are happy with your order, click ‘View Basket’

9. Check the qty’s or each line and make sure that you have met the MOV, to avoid any additional surcharges. Click Place Order

10.0  Confirm your delivery details and click the Blue Place Order button

11.0 The Order confirmation page will appear with summary of your order.

12.0 - Scroll down and click ‘continue browsing’ Repeat for each factory where the product that you wish to order, is supplied from.

 

VIEWING ALL ORDERS

Once you have built your orders from each factory, you can see all your orders in the ‘My Orders’ area of your account

Click on the red arrow, top left of the menu bar and access your orders through the drop down.

 

HOW WE WILL PROCESS YOUR ORDERS.

Once we have received an order/orders from you we will check it/them to make sure that everything is in order and that MOV’s have been met. We will then send you a confirmation of order, which will confirm the price and the approximate date when it will be available for carriage to the designated shipping port. All orders will be invoiced by the pre-approved terms of your account with us.
